This is a fantastic parody of an energy drink commercial. Powerthirst claims to give you "Gratuitous amounts of energy" and make you "uncomfortably energetic". Most energy drinks make it appear as if you will become better at sports after you use their energy drink, the commercial says if you give your babies Powerthirst they will "run as fast as Kenyans, people will watch them running and think their Kenyans, they'll run as fast as Kenyans against actual Kenyans, and then they'll be a tie, and they'll get deported back to Kenya". So considering that In the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing 14 athletes from Kenya came home with a medal in a running event, 5 of these being gold medals, this is a very good comparison if you want your target audience to realize how fast this will make you. Red Bull commercials always have a slight sexual innuendo to them, Powerthirst also incorporated this into their commercial. They claim that if you drink Powerthirst you will be a power dater and power spawner and have 400 babies. This is such an outrageous number that it catches your attention and gives even more humor to the commercial while still being a parody of other energy drink commercials.
